Infinity Travel Rwanda Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the website itrwanda.com and provides tour booking services. This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and what choices you have. By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to this policy.

We collect information you give us directly:
- Contact details: name, email, phone number
- Booking details: tour selected, travel dates, group size, special requests, dietary requirements
- Payment details: processed by our payment providers (Flutterwave, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Travel documents: passport number and copies when required for trip arrangements (visa applications, gorilla permits)
We also collect some information automatically when you visit:
- IP address, browser type, and pages visited (server logs)
- Cookies for site functionality and analytics (see Cookies below)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and confirm your bookings
- To communicate with you about your trip
- To send our newsletter (only if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe anytime)

We share your information only with parties needed to deliver your trip:
- Government agencies (Rwanda Development Board, Uganda Wildlife Authority, etc.) for permits and park entry

- Payment processors (Flutterwave, Stripe) — they handle payment data per their own policies
- Email service providers (we use our own cPanel SMTP server)

We use cookies for essential site functionality (e.g. remembering you accepted our cookie banner). We may also use Google Analytics in an anonymized form to understand site traffic. You can decline non-essential cookies at any time via the banner shown on your first visit, or by clearing your browser's cookies.
5. Data Retention
We keep booking records for 7 years as required by Rwandan tax law. Inquiry messages are kept for up to 2 years. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Under Rwandan data protection law (Law N° 058/2021), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

8. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be announced on our homepage or via email to subscribers.
